Temperature Management
Metal expansion and contraction due to temperature change is the largest cause of disruption to high precision manufacturing. It is necessary to restrain temperature change to the minimum possible in order to stabilize and maintain micron-level high precision. Our company maintains in its factories year-round a temperature of 23℃±3℃ through the use of large-scale air conditioners, radiant heating and cooling systems, roof sprinkler cooling systems, and ceiling fans.■ Radiant heating and cooling system
Five large panels have been installed, uniformly regulating the temperature and humidity of the factory.

Mist Countermeasures
Ventilation causes outside air to enter the factory and does not allow temperature maintenance. Because of this issue, air inside the factory needs to be purified. Our company has installed two large electric dust collectors, which purify the air inside the factory without ventilation.
Utilizing this system, it is possible to maintain an environment with minimal temperature changes.

Foundation
We have created a concrete foundation approximately 1m in thickness to prevent oscillation and preserve machine precision under the space where machine tools are located.

Research Laboratory
This is a room designated for research separated from the factory. In order to prevent oscillations caused by people walking and the machines in the factory, the room is equipped with a 30 cm thick concrete foundation. Furthermore, the room’s temperature is maintained year-round at 23℃±2℃.

Automatic fire extinguishing system for titanium material processing
Titanium alloy manufacturing, which uses a high-speed cutting process, carries a risk of fire ignition. For this reason, our company has installed automatic fire extinguishing systems that automatically detect the temperature inside of the machine and spray carbon dioxide to prevent fire.
